ProFoxx is a Canadian service company with decades of direct energy industry experience in turnkey project and program management services for well, pipeline, and facility abandonment and decommissioning.

ProFoxx takes care of all phases of liability management from planning and programming to project management, execution, reporting and managing ongoing compliance and regulatory audits.

Our core operations team has been working together, specializing in asset retirements, for over 15 years. Our number one goal is working with our customers to ensure the project delivered is completed, from start to finish. We work with customers as new problems come up, handling them with care and due diligence, ensuring we answer your questions and concerns before and during your project.

Leadership Team

Daryl is the founder of the ProFoxx group of companies. Daryl’s responsibilities with ProFoxx Asset Retirement Management involve providing overall strategic direction.

 

Mr. Cuthill’s early career focused on field operations and led to successively more senior management roles within Lionhead Engineering. After leaving Tervita, Mr. Cuthill formed ProFoxx Energy Services Ltd in Fox Creek, specializing in welding and integrity maintenance. In 2014, Mr. Cuthill established ProFoxx Asset Retirement Management.

Greg joined ProFoxx after serving in a CFO role for a TSX-listed public energy services company, as well as a VP Finance role in a multi-billion dollar environmental waste management business. Prior to those roles, Mr. Duerr was a VP with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the Corporate Finance group, where he focused on clients in the oil and gas industry.

 

Greg’s responsibilities include overall leadership of senior management, strategy, planning, finance, and operational performance.

Will has specialized in Asset Retirement Obligation for the past 20 years. During this period, Mr. Hewitt led teams in all levels of well abandonment, suspension, well repairs, including holes in the casing, surface casing vent flow/gas migration repairs, inspections, pipeline abandonment, and facility abandonment throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Mr. Hewitt has also served in management positions with a major oil producer, which included implementing and managing best-in-class processes for liability management.

 

Will’s responsibilities include program management of job planning with detailed estimating & milestones, engineered compliance programming, quality control of programs, operational performance with cost controls in place, and overall execution. His duties include coaching the operational teams with program/RFP estimating, regulatory compliance, detailed safe troubleshooting, quality control, Gov’t submissions, and maintaining client relations.

Al Bessel (P. Eng.) has 30 years of industry experience with production, completions, and exploitation engineering and 15 years of specialized experience working with asset retirement programs. Mr. Bessel has a strong regulatory knowledge base and a strong background dealing with Surface casing vent flows and gas migration issues (engineered planned process of measurement, logging, alternative solutions, etc.). Mr. Bessel also conducts AER — Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) planning/modelling/ forecasting for major producers consistently.

 

Al’s responsibilities are for the detailed engineered program development to meet government compliance with a detailed well file investigation of historic zonal work for present abandonment requirements, porous zone isolation coverage, the base of groundwater protection, and SCV/GM detailed investigations for best attempt or first attempt repairs.

Trevor Dziaduck has 20 years of experience in managing and overseeing completions, abandonment, pipeline, and facility safety of assured compliance, and cost management. Trevor is a highly motivated sales and account management manager representing our company. He takes advantage of his daily operational experience and program management, working directly with clients to showcase our expertise with government funded questions and technical field questions.

 

Trevor’s responsibility is the pre-planning of cost-effective third-party services and oversight of direct field operations. He oversees the safety performance, ensuring that the field teams are following programmed compliance steps, as well as the daily cost management. He also communicates any technical field troubleshooting situations and client additional requests with senior management and works directly with clients to report field performance daily.
